"Born Learning" Campaign Urges Early Education

National public service announcements will display the new "Born Learning" campaign, where parents are encouraged to teach children anytime and anywhere. The campaign will run for three years, each message emphasizing how daily activities like getting mail to looking around your neighborhood, are great educational tools to prepare children before entering school.
