Ethnic Food Market Rapidly Growing

The article states that "the American consumer is realizing that great-tasting food comes from many cultures. The cuisine of many different regions is finding its way to an ever-growing market." With the rise in recognition and preference for authentic meals from a variety of cultures, hopefully the positive incorporation of multicultural foods into daily lives will seep into positive associations for people from many cultural backgrounds.
